CakenBake Noida (the “Website”) provides online cake and gift delivery services. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Website and the services provided by us. By accessing, browsing, or using this Website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, which constitute a legal contract between you and CakenBake Noida.
1. Amendments: CakenBake Noida reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the site implies acceptance of the updated Terms.
2. Third-Party Links: While we strive for accuracy, we are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of third-party websites linked through our portal.
3. User Conduct: These Terms apply to all users. Any unauthorized use of the Website or its content may result in legal action.
Returns & Refund Policy
1. Quality Assurance: We take great pride in our products. If you receive a defective or damaged product at the time of delivery, please notify the delivery personnel immediately. We will replace the product or issue a refund.
2. Reporting Window: Once a product (specifically cakes) has been checked and accepted by the recipient, we cannot offer a return or refund. For any hidden defects, please contact us at +91 9818758965 within 2 hours of delivery.
3. Non-Refundable Scenarios: Refunds will not be issued if:
- An incorrect or incomplete delivery address was provided.
- The recipient is not present at the time of delivery.
- The recipient refuses to accept the delivery.
4. Cancellation Policy:
Regular Cakes: Full refund allowed if cancelled at least 4 hours before the scheduled delivery slot.
Designer/Custom Cakes: Full refund allowed if cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery slot.
5. Refund Processing:
Online Payments: Processed within 24 working hours. It may take 7 to 10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank.
Offline/COD: Refunded via bank transfer within 7 to 10 working days after the customer provides valid bank details.

We offer tiered shipping rates based on location and delivery speed.
Zone A: Delhi NCR (Noida, Delhi, Gurgaon, Faridabad)
- Morning Delivery (7:00 AM – 9:00 AM): ₹200
- Standard Delivery (4-Hour Slots): FREE (Slots: 10:00-14:00 | 14:00-18:00 | 18:00-22:00)
- Express Delivery (1-Hour Slots): ₹149 (Available 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM)
- Midnight Delivery (11:00 PM – 11:59 PM): ₹250
Zone B: Other Locations (Excluding Goa)
- Morning Delivery (7:00 AM – 9:00 AM): ₹300
- Standard Delivery (4-Hour Slots): ₹200
- Midnight Delivery (11:00 PM – 11:59 PM): ₹350
Zone C: Goa
- Standard Delivery Only (4-Hour Slots): ₹350
Delivery Guidelines
- Lead Times: Orders must be placed at least 4 hours in advance for same-day delivery. For Designer Cakes, we recommend 24 hours’ notice.
- Perishable Items: Cakes and flowers are perishable. We attempt delivery only once. If the recipient is unavailable, the order will be considered “Executed.” We may, at our discretion, leave the order with a neighbor or security desk.
- Specific Locations:
- Hospitals/Hotels: Delivery is subject to facility policy. We require the Room/Ward number and recipient’s local contact. We are not responsible if the recipient has checked out or is in a restricted ward (e.g., ICU).
- Wedding Halls: Delivery is considered successful once handed to any authorized member of the hosting party.
- Hostels/PGs: Recipient may be required to come to the gate to collect the order.
- Force Majeure: Delivery may be delayed due to bad weather, political disruptions, or unforeseen logistics issues. We will contact you via SMS/Email in such events.
- Product Appearance: Flowers may arrive in bud or semi-bloomed stage to ensure longevity. Cake designs may vary slightly as they are handcrafted.
Privacy Policy
1. Data Collection: We collect personal information (Name, Address, Phone, Email) solely to fulfill your order and improve your shopping experience.
2. Payment Security: We do not store your credit/debit card details. All transactions are processed through secure, encrypted gateways (Net banking, PayPal, Paytm, etc.).
3. Data Usage: Your information will not be sold to third parties. We may use your contact details to send order updates or promotional offers, which you can opt out of at any time.
